Superb, quality champagne from a very small, family producer situated in Bouzy. The 60:40 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay adds elegance and finesse to the Champagne and a minimum of 3 years on lees adds complexity. This is a modern style of Grand Cru with light body, citrus fruit on the nose and apple and pear fruit on the palate. Won a Silver Medal at the 2011 International Wine Challenge.
