Returns Policy

Return of Goods/Cancellation

Orders for goods may be cancelled within seven working days of receipt of goods. A full refund will be offered provided the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing. Any cancelled order will be refunded (less the delivery cost) within 30 days from the returns receipt. If returned wines are not deemed to be in a saleable condition as they were sold, the purchase will remain valid and the wines returned to you. Unfortunately outside of this period we cannot guarantee the replacement of any wines found to be faulty. Where the wines have been correctly stored in a cool, dark environment laying flat on their side, a case by case assesment will be made for Corked Wines
