Bunches are given 12 - 36 hours contact with skins, then pressed. The juice is transferred directly to French oak barriques for fermentation where the wine is aged on lees, whilst a full natural malo-lactic fermentation occurs. Light ruby colour with intense raspberry, cherry and rose aromas. The palate is rich with fine tannins and surprising depth and length.
