Molinara
Molinara (also known as Rossara, Rossanella and Brepon Molinaro) is a red Italian wine grape grown primarily in the Veneto region of north eastern Italy. It forms part of the Valpolicella and Bardolino blends from northern Italy, and adds acidity to blended wine made with Corvina and Rondinella. There has been much debate as to whether this grape is black, purple or blue, however these berries have a waxy surface and look as though they have been sprinkled with flour.
