Prosecco
Prosecco (also known as Glera Ghera, Glere, Grappolo Spargolo, Posecco Tondo, Prosecco, Prosecco Balbi, Prosecco Bianco, Prosecco Nostrano, Tondo, Proseko Sciprina, Serpina and Uva Pissona) was previously known as Glera. It is a white variety of an Italian grape mainly cultivated for sparkling styles, although still wines also exist. It is mainly grown in the Veneto region of Italy.
