Pheasants Tears Tavkveri Red 2015 (6x75cl)
All of the wines from Pheasant’s Tears are fermented and aged in qvevri. These vessels have been used to ferment and store wines since 6000BC. They are made from clay and lined with beeswax then buried underground where the temperature remains constant. Tvkveru is an indigenous red grape variety and the rosé has aromas of rhubarb, hibiscus and tea leaf.
