This bright and refreshing wine has concentrated aromas and flavours of red fruits, liquorice and eucalyptus. Full-bodied, with an elegant balance of freshness, fruitiness and tannins.
90% Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha, this wine spends 14 months in oak and 12 months in bottle prior to release. The result is a classy Crianza with Cherries, red berries and vanilla and lucious tannins.
A fruity and easy drinking wine with flavours of redcurrant, cherries and blueberries and a hint of pepper. Sweet tannins and great acidity make this a great wine to enjoy with food.
Very lively violet color on a maroon background denoting youth and structure. Intense forest fruits on the nose together with roasted notes and cocoa. The palate has fresh and tasty with medium tannins, roundedness and a pleasant persistence of fruit and wood with a touch of toast.
This younger Rioja has the typical nuances of Tempranillo (95%), assisted by Mazuelo (5%), which benefits the wine’s acidity and its wild, fruity, red berry aromas. Unoaked Joven Riojas - of which this is one (hence the "sin") - are increasingly common and provide a different, fruitier, punchier side of Tempranillo. It is consequently very fresh on the palate, with just a gentle astringency and a medium-long, lively and satisfying aftertaste. This is an excellent - and great value - example of the new wave of younger Riojas.
