Seleccion is a blend of 90% Tempranillo, 5% Mazuelo and 5% Graziano. It is aged for 15 months in American oak casks and is before attaining ‘Reserva’ status. The nose is complex with concentrated aromas of damsons, cooked summer fruit, vanilla and a hint of coffee. On the palate, there are flavours of dried fruit, Christmas cake and fig. With silky tannins and smooth mouthfeel this is a sublime wine.
Made from 82% Tempranillo, 14% Garnacha and 4% Mazuelo. The wine is aged 12 months in barrel and 12 months in bottle prior to release. Aromas of vanilla, raspberry and cherry dominate the bouquet. The palate is fresh and fruity with a rich and powerful finish.
Made from 100% Graciano, this wine is part of the Beronia Coleccion series of single varietal wines. It has a complex, aromatic nose with violets, chocolate, mint and oak. A well structured wine with good acidity and soft tannins.
Made from 87% Tempranillo, 8% Mazuelo and 5% Graciano sourced from 50 year old vineyards. The nose displays tobacco, leather and spice whilst the palate is smooth with a good balance between fruit and oak.
Fine ruby colour, tending towards terracotta, indicating its age. The nose is a fine example of a Rioja Reserva, with spicy notes dominating over a background of dried fruits and fine woods. Well-balanced medium weight and exceptionally smooth on the palate.
Deep cherry-red with violet hues withi ntense aromas of red fruits and fine wood, with an elegant and well balanced finished. 24 months in French and American oak barrels and 36 months in bottle prior to release.
A blend of 80% Tempranillo, 10% Mazuelo & 10% Garnacha make up this Reserva. The wine spends a minimum of 12 months in French and American oak and a further 24 months in bottle before release. Ripe cherries and Vanilla are in abundance in this wine.
The Reserva is characterised by its balance and elegance, combined with an intense bouquet of cherries and raspberries that mingle with a delicate touch of spice and thyme. Pleasant and fresh in the mouth, the wine is full of blackcurrant and blackberry flavours with a backbone of balanced tannins. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 22 months.
