If you are looking for a smaller order then the following rates will apply:
Zone 1 (Mainland UK excl Highlands & Islands) - £7.00 + VAT
Zone 2 (Scottish Highlands) - £10.21 + VAT
Zone 3 (Northern Ireland & Islands) - £12 + VAT
Most Mainland UK deliveries are made via next working day service (from dispatch) by UKMail, the exceptions to this are Northern Ireland and some parts of the Scottish Highlands & Islands which operate on a 2nd working day service. Once dispatched you will be emailed a tracking link so that you know your items are on their way.
The actual arrival time of your items will be determined by the lead time of the items you are purchasing as mentioned on the product item page. Due to the volume of items we sell we do work through a number of warehousing units across the UK as well as at our dispatch centre in Perth, Scotland. All items are processed through this dispatch centre to ensure that your wines are accurately checked, securely packaged and that we know we are delivering you what you have ordered. Again, once your order has been placed, we be in touch to advise you of an ETA for your order.

International deliveries are now accepted online for all orders. To help with this process we have introduced a quick delivery Calculator to the basket section of the website as you check out. This outlines the total cost involved to ship your order to your destination country. We cannot outline this here as the charges are mostly based on weight but as an example most of Europe is accessible from under £18 (plus VAT) for up to 12 bottles.
Currently shipping to the USA & Canada are not available due to increased restrictions put in place in 2013 that has stopped us being able to serve these areas.
Orders for goods may be cancelled within thirty working days of receipt of goods and that the request to cancel is received in writing. Any cancelled order will be required to be returned to ourselves by an insured tracked service and at your expense. We can happily organise this for you through our courier network and reduce the cost of this from your refund if prefered. If goods are returned in an unnaceptable or 'as sold' condition then a pursuit will be made to recover any financial loss to Exel Wines. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately outside of this period we cannot guarantee the replacement of any wines found to be faulty. Where the wines have been correctly stored in a cool, dark environment laying flat on their side, a case by case assesment will be made for Corked Wines.
Sale or return is only available by prior arrangement and at the sole discretion of Exel Wines.
