Rich golden yellow colour. Ripe stone fruit on the nose with mineral and herb notes. Very powerful and complex on the palate with peachy fruit and superb minerality. Albillo is naturally high in glycerol which gives a pleasant full mouthfeel. Ripe, complex and powerful but with great balance.
Made from 100% Viura with no oak contact. This delicate wine has aromas of peach and lily petals.
The only similarity with the Beronia Blanco is that both are made from 100% Viura. This wine undergoes fermentation in American oak barrels for 5 months, the result is a full-bodied wine with delicious vanilla and mature fruit characters and a creamy finish.
Aromas and flavours of peaches, melons and honey, offset by hints of crisp fresh citrus fruit. A medium-bodied wine with a long finish.

The palate almost shimmers with tang and vibrancy, and although it has a steely precision, it is balanced by fruit with a peachy pear-like quality and backed by a vivid streak of lemon and mineral acidity.
