Lovely blackcurrant and strawberry aromas intermingle with hints of spice and brioche to add layers of complexity and interest. The supple texture of the wine is coaxed out by these ripe, sweet red fruit flavours together with its frothy character. A bright currant flavour balances the fullness and leaves the palate refreshed.

A pretty pale pink, this has candy floss, sherbert, pink grapefruit & mandarin aromas. Rose water, toffee apple and rhubarb crumble develop on the palate, which has a spritzy fizz and a fresh pear and raspberry finish.
