Tiny gentle bubbles and a vibrant salmon colour distinguish this blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Lovely blackcurrant and strawberry aromas intermingle with hints of spice and brioche to add layers of complexity and interest. The supple texture of the wine is coaxed out by these ripe, sweet red fruit flavours together with its frothy character. A bright currant flavour balances the fullness and leaves the palate refreshed.
Beautifully deep in colour with a persistent fine bead. The bouquet shows hints of satsuma, plum and black cherry leading to an explosion of dark exotic fruits on the palate. A very special sparkling red for times of celebration.
It has a pale, lively and persistent mousse; its perlage is fine and continuous. It is yellow in colour, with marked greenish reflections. The bouquet is inviting, with rich notes of white flowers and ripe fruit, with subtle hints of vanilla. The aromas follow through on to the palate. Fine, elegant and beautifully balanced.
Intense fragrance of exotic fruits with notes of pineapple, banana and yeasts provides a mellow, sweet fragrance. Full taste, lively, harmonious wine with a long fruity finish expressing the aromas present on the nose.
Lightly frothing with a lovely perfume of freshly crushed grapes and sherbet. On the palate it is lightly sparkling and off-dry, with a perfect balance of soft, sweet, grapey fruit with a hint of Turkish delight and lively, fresh acidity.
Lorentz Cremant d'Alsace has been produced in the traditional method (the same method used to produce Champagne), which gives the wine it's effervescence. An excellent alternative to Champagne and great value for money.
A pretty pale pink, this has candy floss, sherbert, pink grapefruit & mandarin aromas. Rose water, toffee apple and rhubarb crumble develop on the palate, which has a spritzy fizz and a fresh pear and raspberry finish.
Vibrant and racy fruit, bready yeast flavours and zesty appley freshness is accompanied by the waxed-lemon flavours of Chenin Blanc - a variety so clearly suited for sparkling production due to its fine acidity. The addition of a fifth Chardonnay gives the fruitiness and depth.
