Very good wines can only come from very good grapes. And this enterprise, (just waiting to happen given Turkey's topo-culture and climate) was set up to be very pure. It embraces biodynamic farming to make sure everything is as natural as God intended. And what a result: a magnificent brew of sunshine flavours, tempered a little by vineyard altitude. There's an opulent, smooth red fruit drive, coffee and leather hints, in a seamless package with quite a lot of alcohol to boot.
