Matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels, its delicate taste of sweet, honeyed fruit and gentle warmth will bewitch you. Not even a hint of smoke. Smooth, easy and an absolute delight. The nose offers aromas of fresh hays of summer, malty cereal, rich creamy toffee and honeyed heather balanced with sweet oak and barley sugar. The palate is smooth creamy sweetness with sumptuous hints of fruit, malty honeyed spiciness and soft vanilla which leads to a crisp and satisfying finish with a tingle of cloves.
A classic Lowland whisky from East Lothian based Glenkinchie. It receives extra ageing in ex-sherry casks which impart nutty and oaky notes into the whisky. It is fresh and delicate whisky with notes of lemon zest, almonds, toasty oak, vanilla and stone fruit with a hint of dried fruits.
Glenturret- Hunter Laing Licenced Bottling with Wooden Gift Box. This Glenturret remains sweet with sherbet, some gentle spice and toffee notes. The caramel and golden syrup aromas carry across to the taste and combine with an appealing vanilla sweetness.
Hand-picked by the Master Distiller for its remarkable quality & elegant character. As one of only 516 bottles, these rare bottlings are highly coveted. It has aromas of caramelised pineapple, golden syrup and vanilla sponge with notes orange zest and cinnamon. On the palate there are flavours of cedar, more vanilla, fresh ginger and orange peel. The finish is long with a lingering spicy aspect.
For about 12 months, Tullibardine Sovereign has been finished off in Chateau Suduiraut Sauternes Casks, which are 225 litres in size. This creates a wonderful golden whisky with interesting citrus flavour, cereal notes and vanilla. There is a touch of pineapple and orange peel on the finish, which is medium to long.
