This Vermentino di Gallura’s aroma is delicately fruity and floral with good persistence on the palate where the delicacy of the fruit comes to the fore. It is a fantastic accompaniment to seafood. This wine was highly praised in a Financial Times article by Jancis Robinson in September 2016.
This premium Duoro white blend, based around the Viosinho grape, was sourced from Ferreirinha's Quinta do Sairrão estate located at a high altitude in the Cima Corgo region.
Vinha Grande Douro Branco 2015 has a golden colour with citric nuances. It has an intense aroma, with white and tropical fruit standing out, as well as floral notes, light minerality and well-integrated discrete wood which gives it good complexity. It has good volume and lively acidity on the palate, giving it notable freshness, with hints of white fruit and light asparagus. Its finish is long, elegant and balanced.
