Intense yellow strew. Fragrance of yellow pulp fruits with predominate peach and pear flavours. Hints of Acacia flower and tropical fruits. Taste, soft but persistent with fruity and mineral aroma, typical from chalky- sandy soil in the Roero region.
The only similarity with the Beronia Blanco is that both are made from 100% Viura. This wine undergoes fermentation in American oak barrels for 5 months, the result is a full-bodied wine with delicious vanilla and mature fruit characters and a creamy finish.
Appetizing display of luscious aromas with fresh apricot and pear fruit tang on the palate. Balanced by the clean, floral tones of honeysuckle blooms and orange blossoms, this wine was fermented cold in stainless steel tanks to allow the varietal character to shine.
This Vermentino di Gallura’s aroma is delicately fruity and floral with good persistence on the palate where the delicacy of the fruit comes to the fore. It is a fantastic accompaniment to seafood. This wine was highly praised in a Financial Times article by Jancis Robinson in September 2016.
