Antonio Caggiano Fiagre 2016 (1x 75cl)
This wine comes from vineyards where Greco di Tufo and Fiano di Avellino are traditionally produced. They are approximately 400m above sea level and the vines grow on limestone soil.
Harvesting takes place in mid October. The fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation is complete the wine is aged in bottle for three months before being released for sale.
The wine is a yellow colour with a straw tone. There are aromas of white flowers and cooked fruit, with scents of minerals. The flavours on the palate are soft, with a delicious long lasting aroma of sweet spices, tobacco and a delicate smell of toast.
