After sorting in the vineyard and winery, the grapes are destemmed then put in tank. Spontaneous fermentation is then able to start. The grapes will stay in tank for roughly 3 weeks during alcholic fermentation. The wine is then put in oak barrels (no new oak), by gravity, where it matures for 12 months.
This wine is ruby red in colour and is of medium intensity. The aromas and flavours are delicate with fresh red fruits and a hint of clove. This is a well rounded and balanced wine.
