Vinification is completed using temperature control to preserve quality and only natural yeasts are used for fermentation. The average age of vines is between 20 to 40 years old.
Jean-Louis’ wines show fine fruit purity, with mineral notes. They are wine made in a classic style that are able to age and develop gracefully.
Straw colour, with medium-strong nose of butter, minerals and toasty vanilla-wood aromas.Mouthfilling and complex, refreshing acidity. Full bodied, lovely use of oak and crisp acidity, this is a particularly well balanced wine. Good length, pleasant finish.
