Millton Riverpoint Viognier 2014 (1x75cl)

James Millton is a living legend in the New Zealand wine scene. A pioneer of organic and biodynamic winemaking, he has ploughed his own furrow for three decades, quietly convinced that his sustainable approach to viticulture and winemaking was the only way to progress.

This wine has bristling delicacy, buoyed by a noted mineral edge. Poached pear and croissant flavours add warmth and spice.

Wild cherries, blueberries, and mulberries and an impressive stucture balanced by spicy oak. The opulent palate shows intense red berries balanced by soft velvety tannins and supple oak, resulting in an intriguing finish derived from the unique co-ferment.
