Exel Wines use Cookies as an integral part of our website experience. Supplier information is held in two places with Exel Wines.
These databases are backed up daily, to a second server in our head office. This server is password protected and is only accessible to the IT administrator.

Supplier information is manually entered into the order processing system when a new supplier is taken on by Exel Wines.
No information about suppliers is shared with anyone else.
No financial information is held on the company’s systems about suppliers. Payment is made to suppliers via direct debits which are held on our bank’s systems.
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated on communications@exelwines.co.uk.
