Château Gassier is situated 25 Kms from the ancient town of Aix en Provence, at the foot of Sainte Victoire mountain. A specialist producer of rosé wines, this 40 hectare property blends Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache to produce classic, refreshing Provencal wines.
Le Pas du Moine is a very clear rosé with delicate pink hints. The aromas are Intense with floral (blackcurrant buds), exotic (lychee, passion fruit, fresh mango), pink grapefruit, red berries (redcurrant, fresh wild strawberries) aromas and a few notes of spices. On the palate a great freshness and a nice balance. Beautiful length, a lot of finesse and minerality. Great roundness! This wine should be served between 10-12°C and is a perfect match with exotic Asian meals (eg minced beef with Thai basil, tuna tataki, sushi).
Rosé Grande Réserve is a splash of a fresh fruit bouquet with a nose of flowers. Its authentic aroma and its flavours fully illustrate the freshness and the benefits of organic agriculture.

Elisabetta and Sergio Fagiuoli came to Montenidoli in 1965, enticed there by the beauty of the 13th century paintings of the area. Elisabetta had the land in her heart, she was brought up in a family that had cultivated vines and olive trees in Custoza since the 1700’s and she spent her youth in the vineyards of Valpolicella.
Montenidoli‘s vineyards are organically cultivated. No herbicide, insecticides or any other chemicals have been used for over fifty years. This is a microclimate which is brimming with life. The vineyards are aglow with fireflies by night and dancing with ladybirds by day. Elisabetta and Sergio even decided to raise rabbits so they could make use of their incredibly fertile manure for the vines. They allow the plant roots to work and hoe the ground before tilling the earth each spring. They are always follow their conviction that sunlight and clean air are the best medicine to make the vines healthy and strong, as well as resistant to disease and bad weather. Their wines are of phenomenal quality and are a great testament to all their hard work.
Although it is pearly-pink and almost translucent, this delicate wine has a good strength of character in its aromas and flavours. The nose suggests crushed fresh rose petals while its flavours abound with watermelon and freshness. The finish gives even more as the flavour perspective expands to include notes of both minerals and herbs. It is the perfect aperitif.

Excellent strawberry pink colour. Ripe strawberry and raspberry flavours. It has fresh acidity and a tropical fruity finish. This wine goes well with Pizza, pasta dishes, cheeses and salad. Colombar 98%, Pinotage 2%
Lovely pale pink in colour. The fresh nose is composed of citrus aromas such as orange and grapefruit complemented by a full,spicy and fleshy palate with refreshing acidity.
