Schloss Vaux stand for uncompromising hand craftsmanship of sparkling wines made solely in the méthode traditionnelle (bottle fermentation).
The utmost care is taken to ensure top quality, from the grapes to the labels. Schloss VAUX accepts only first-class, specially prepared base wines for its individual sparkling creations. Their estate in Geisenheim and decades of personal contact with the winegrowers are crucial elements for ensuring unwavering consistency.

This sparkling blend is crafted for the contemporary connoisseur from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Riesling. Their "marriage" of the rich creamy finesse of the Pinot varietals with Riesling's bright and refreshing acidity produces a perpetually stunning taste sensation. Jansz Premium Rose NV - November 2017 Decanter review (Tasmania)

The name Jansz pays homage to Tasmania’s namesake, the Dutch explorer Abel Janszoon Tasman who first sighted the island in 1642. In fact, when it was established in 1975, the Jansz vineyard was originally named after Tasman’s ship, the Heemskerk. In 1986, esteemed Champagne house - Louis Roederer partnered with the owners of Heemskerk Wines to produce Tasmania’s first premium vintage sparkling wine. They saw the similarities between the climate here and the famous wine region of their homeland. In 1997, the Hill-Smith family purchased the vineyard and began the journey that has seen Jansz Tasmania become one of the most highly regarded sparkling wine houses in Australia.

Specially selected and crafted individual batches form the basis of this Rosé. The fruit used in this wine is selected from cool climate vineyards across Tasmania dedicated to growing sparkling wine fruit.

The Jansz Tasmania Premium Rosé is based upon Jansz wines from several vintages. As with their Premium Cuvée, batches are kept separate during winemaking to maximize blending options and final wine complexity. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle and is aged on yeast lees until the perfect balance of strawberries and cream is reached, which usually takes up to three years.

Look for a vibrant, delicate pink hue with a fine persistent bead, a subtle nose of Turkish Delight and rose petal florals, and a mouth full of mousse creaminess and strawberries with a refreshing finish.

Louis Bouillot No 21 JCB Brut Cremant de Bourgogne Non Vintage (1x 75cl)

Jean-Charles Boisset was born into a winemaking family in Burgundy. Today, he is the proprietor, along with his sister, Nathalie, and parents Jean-Claude and Claudine Boisset, of a collection of more than twenty great producers from the world's pre-eminent wine producing regions. Created by Jean-Charles, the innovative JCB Collection brings together two worlds of winemaking - Old and New. Each wine in the collection is a limited edition, and is "named" with a number. These numbers relate to a wine style that Jean-Charles strives to achieve vintage to vintage, while also symbolizing important ideas, passions and moments in his life and wine career. 'N° 21' because 21 is the French government's 'department' number for the Côte d'Or. Jean-Charles was born in 1969, the year that mankind went to the moon. And 69 represents unlimited expression, freedom, and refinement.

All the grapes were sourced from parcels located within the Burgundy AOC area: the Pinot Noir and Aligoté were grown in the Côte d'Or, the Gamay in the South of Burgundy and the Chardonnay from the Mâconnais.

This wine has been made according the traditional method. The second fermentation happened in bottle and the wine was aged for a minimum of 12 months on slats.

The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay shine through this Crémant. Pale and vibrant in colour, it offers a lovely fresh and fruity nose with almond and white flower aromas. It feels full and generous on the palate, it has a great harmony between acidity and fruit.

Darenberg The Peppermint Paddock Red Sparkling Chambourcin NV (1x 75cl)

Upon release this wine exhibits a deep appearance of vibrant black, crimson-purple mousse with a fine persistent bead that looks simply inviting. The aroma is initially restrained but as it opens up the level of fruit richness and concentration becomes quite obvious. The aromas are dry, dominated with a mix of liquorice and spiced plum pudding notes with a sweet seductive array of small red berries such as mulberries and raspberries. As the wine further opens up really super concentrated red fruit characters develop such as maraschino cherry, prune juice and boysenberry. The palate is cool, rich and dry and extremely refreshing with an abundant red fruit flavours, mixed with dried herb notes and edges of tarry tannins and mineral-like acidity. The finish is dry but with plenty of strong red fruit flavours that linger for some time, which is just what a wine with this sort of concentration should have.
