Brockmans is an independent English gin company set up by the founding partners, Neil Everitt and Bob Fowkes together with 2 other friends. With over 60 years combined experience in the drinks industry and a wealth of knowledge in gin distillation, they set out to write a new chapter in this famous spirit's history. In their words, “The aim was to create a gin so smooth and sensual, you would want to drink it neat over ice”. The unique exquisite taste of Brockmans now has a massive following of loyal fans in over 30 countries around the world. Loved by gin drinkers and non-gin drinkers alike, it now has countless awards to its name. It is certainly a gin of note.
Brockmans unique recipe of naturally grown aromatic botanicals are steeped in pure grain spirit for many hours to release their natural oils and aromas. The more traditional notes of gin are combined with a refreshing influence of citrus and aromatic wild berries. Bulgarian coriander plays its part, providing an aromatic, gingery orange top note. This blends perfectly with the soft and rounded harmonies of blueberries and blackberries, all of which is supported by the bottom note of Tuscan juniper berries. Dry, bittersweet Valencian orange peel elongates the deeper tones and gives an intensely smooth finish.
Thereafter, Brockmans is slowly distilled in a 100 year old traditional copper still, where they capture the heart of the gin distillation. The distinctive gin notes derived from Brockmans unique recipe deliver an exquisite intensely smooth gin, with a uniquely defining sensual taste experience.

Daffy is the Goddess of Gin. First written about in the 1700s, Daffy is the essence of great gin, a lover of life who has transcended the decades. Daffy as painted by Robert McGinnis, who created the image on this bottle, is the visualisation and personification of the taste, charm, sophistication, complexity and depth of Daffy's gin. Daffy’s is a gin like no other, created from the finest French grain spirit, distilled on an ancient copper pot whisky still with Lebanese mint and the finest botanicals to create a gin that is classic, complex, perfectly balanced and fresh with a world of intrigue.
The team at Daffy's started by using the finest pure wheat grain spirit from northern France that they could find, then, distilling it in the same manner as malt whisky on an ancient single batch copper pot still. The botanicals that they steep and distil are a combination of the traditional – juniper, coriander seeds, cassia bark and the new – Lebanese mint and rare variety lemons. The quality of the base spirit used, alongside how they steep and distil the botanicals results in a deeply complex and well balanced spirit that is exceptionally good to drink on its own over ice, in cocktails or as a G&T with fresh mint and lime. Lebanese mint as a botanical brings and extraordinary freshness to Daffy’s complimenting other tasting notes of toffee, citrus, spice caramel and fresh mint.
At 43.4% Daffy’s complexity is perfectly balanced. Strong bodied with many levels of well balanced freshness, notes of citrus and mint, toffee, caramel and chocolate underpinned with a solid woody character like that of malt whisky. When enjoyed straight Daffy’s is well rounded and smooth with a long finish.

Eden Mill is Scotland's original single-site brewery and distillery. So to create their award winning Hop Gin, they married both brewing and distilling skills. Hops, a core ingredient of beer, meet the distillery's gin and the result is a zesty citrus and apricot aroma. Strong, at 46% abv, with a thick, heavy, rich finish as a G&T.
Because of a balance between floral, coriander and light hoppy notes, a soft tropical fruit follows with an undercurrent of juniper. This leaves smooth, hoppy and fresh apricot notes balanced with a refreshing crisp bitterness. In essence, Hop gin leaves a 'well rounded' mouth feel that gently fades with a light hoppy character.
The main botanicals in Hop Gin are Juniper, Angelica, Coriander and Australian Galaxy Hops.
This famous light blush Pink Gin from Eden Mill brings together an outstanding blend of local botanicals and exotic fruits. Their pink gin is a pale colour when poured and when diluted, sweet vanilla and floral notes are brought out.
Two of the key botanicals found in Love Gin are Hibiscus and Rose Petals.
As Eden Mill is Scotland's original single-site brewery and distillery, with Oak Gin, they decided to marry their brewing and distilling skills leading to the oak beer barrels meeting the distillery's gin production.
The result is a rich oak spice gin with notes of caramel, vanilla, and a touch of fudge. Warming, at 42% ABV, with a long, rich finish. Oak gin delivers a warm finish as lovely as a sipping gin/whisky; rich oak spice and brown honey toast finishing on sweet caramel, vanilla and sugarcane. The ginger really brings out the spice and woodiness of Oak gin. Sweet and rich-spiced fruits and spices (cinnamon & star anise) are evident. Soft delicate vanilla and fudge mingle with the ginger.
The key botanicals in this gin are Juniper Berries, Angelica, Coriander and Oak.
