Classic fermentation at low temperature (14 degrees) and off the skins. Aged for a short period of time in stainless steel on its lees.
Golden in colour, with straw-yellow hints. On the nose it is intense, aromatic and fruity, while the palate is striking for its fresh liveliness and balance. It is structured, harmonious and persistent, with a delicate flavour. Rich in aromas and flavours with scents of tropical fruit and a touch of vanilla. Balanced and elegant with a dry aromatic finish.
Excellent with fish, but also good with pasta based on white sauces.
