The Dalmore 15 year old is smooth, rich and well rounded; the epitome of The Dalmore house style.This delicate and approachable vintage is initially matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. The character of The Dalmore 15 is achieved by then splitting the whisky equally between three different sherry woods; Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem oloroso for a further three years. The spirit is finally married together in an upstanding sherry butt, allowing the flavours to infuse.

Matured initially for 14 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, the whisky is then transferred to 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry wood for a further four years. Bottled at 43% alcohol by volume, The Dalmore 18 year old offers a provocative and intense taste experience with an enduring aftertaste of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Matured in a combination of the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for a minimum of 21 years, the 'Parliament' continues the great GlenDronach tradition of offering fruit-laden intensity in its single malts. Bottled at 48%, the 'Parliament' is non chill filtered and of natural colour. Taste:Resolute flavours of fine Oloroso sherry and bitter chocolate sauce, which has been spread liberally over homemade plum pudding. This is all infused with fabulous spicy notes - cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Full bodied with smooth tannins.
Matured in three different types of cask- American bourbon, sherry and virgin oak- this whisky is then married together in a Solera vat which is regularly topped up to ensure consistency of flavour. It has notes of citrus fruit, wood, dried fruit, sweet spice and oxidised, sherry flavours. The finish is long with fruit cake and oaky characters.
A 12-year-old from Macallan, aged in former sherry casks. It is a beautifully smooth and rich whisky with flavours of dried fruit, sherry, blossom and golden syrup. The finish is long with spicy, oaky notes.
For about 12 months, Tullibardine Sovereign has been finished off in Chateau Suduiraut Sauternes Casks, which are 225 litres in size. This creates a wonderful golden whisky with interesting citrus flavour, cereal notes and vanilla. There is a touch of pineapple and orange peel on the finish, which is medium to long.
